USAGA hosts Adaptive Golf Clinic at Ally Challenge

On August 19, 2024, the U.S. Adaptive Golf Alliance (USAGA) brought smiles and high-fives to Warwick Hills Golf & Country Club with a lively adaptive golf clinic. Held just before the PGA Champions Tour Ally Challenge, the event saw over 40 adaptive golfers and coaches hitting the driving range for a day filled with fun and therapy.

The clinic wasn't just about perfecting swings—it was about using golf to create joy and connection. From driving to putting, participants got to experience the thrill of the game with adaptive equipment designed to fit their needs. A highlight of the day was watching a young golfer with cerebral palsy navigate the course in a specially adapted golf cart, a clear demonstration that golf is a game for everyone, regardless of their abilities.

As the Ally Challenge kicks off, the excitement from this clinic will reverberate throughout the tournament, serving as a proud reminder that the true power of golf lies in its ability to bring people together and make them smile. Below are news coverage and images from this incredible event.
