USAGA to host Coaches Workshop on Nov 8th & 9th

We are excited to announce our first local adaptive golf coach training in over two years! This two-day workshop hosted by the USAGA, with support from the CDGA and Cog Hill Golf and Country Club, takes place on November 8th and 9th, 2024 . This significant event focuses on a key initiative for our mission to expand access to adaptive golf and aligns with the first of our three core pillars: Teach.

Previous Adaptive Golf Coach Training Session at Midwest Golf Houwe

For just $50, participants will receive comprehensive training from leading experts in the field, including David Windsor of the Adaptive Golf Academy, and Jonathan Snyder of the USAGA. The workshop will cover a range of essential topics, from enhancing adaptive golf techniques to practical hands-on experience with participants at the Cog Hill Driving Range. The newly trained adaptive golf coaches will receive a certificate from the USAGA at the end of the training.

This workshop is more than just training; it’s an opportunity to be part of a movement that empowers individuals with disabilities to thrive through the game of golf. We invite all those passionate about making a difference to join us for this transformative event. The two-day training is FREE if you register before October 1st or just $50 leading up to the event.
