USAGA at the Chicago Golf Show: Growing the Game and Raising Awareness
The United States Adaptive Golf Alliance had the opportunity to participate in another year of the Chicago Golf Show, one of the largest consumer golf expos in the country. With thousands of golf enthusiasts in attendance, the event served as a fantastic platform to share our mission, connect with the community, and raise awareness about adaptive golf.
At our booth, our coaches and volunteers introduced many golfers to the power of inclusion in the sport. We sold USAGA hats to support our programs, provided information about upcoming fundraisers, and highlighted how adaptive golf changes lives. Our coaches even facilitated the long putt competition alongside the Chicago District Golf Association (CDGA). The excitement and support from attendees were truly inspiring, reinforcing our commitment to making golf accessible to individuals with disabilities.
We sincerely thank the Chicago District Golf Association and the CDGA Foundation for their support in making this event a great success. Their dedication to growing the game and fostering inclusivity aligns perfectly with our mission, and we are grateful for their continued partnership.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth, learned more about adaptive golf, and supported our cause. We can’t wait to see you on the course!
