Welcome New International Member Organization: Association Argentina de Golf

The United States Adaptive Golf Alliance (USAGA) is proud to welcome the Asociación Argentina de Golf as our latest international member organization. This partnership, with an organization that shares our deep commitment to promoting golf and upholding its true spirit and traditions, is a significant step in our mission. We are excited to see how this collaboration will enrich both adaptive golf opportunities in Argentina and our global community.

A key mission of the Asociación Argentina de Golf is to cultivate a strong foundation for the game in Argentina rooted in values of integrity, inclusivity, and respect. Through its Adaptive Golf Subcommittee, the association is extending these values to adaptive golf, aiming to foster greater access to the sport for athletes with disabilities.

This November, the Asociación Argentina de Golf hosts two significant adaptive events: the inaugural Argentinian Adaptive Open (November 16-18) and the 4th Argentinian Ranking Tournament of the year. We are thrilled to see these tournaments gain traction, and there is already interest in integrating these events into the USAGA Ranking, further expanding competitive pathways for adaptive golfers worldwide.

“On behalf of the Argentine Golf Association’s Adaptive Golf Subcommittee, I am thrilled to express our enthusiasm about becoming part of the United States Adaptive Golf Alliance,” shared representative Mariano Tubio from the organization. “This partnership marks an important milestone in our journey to promote adaptive golf, not only within Argentina but across the globe. By joining forces with USAGA, we see great opportunities to learn, share best practices, and further support adaptive athletes in their pursuit of excellence. We are excited about the future of this collaboration and look forward to contributing to the growth of adaptive golf alongside such a respected organization.”

Together, USAGA and the Asociación Argentina de Golf will work to advance adaptive golf in Argentina, creating more opportunities for athletes to learn, play, and compete. We look forward to supporting their efforts and celebrating their achievements as they join us in our mission to make golf accessible to all.
